Since 2015, Eugène has been CEO of the KennemervisGroep, before that he worked at Bakkersland and Sara Lee. Eugène experienced early in his career that self-reflection is very important. During a leadership program he realized what the most important points for development were for him at that time: leadership is something you do from multiple dimensions.

In addition, Eugene has learned that learning never ends and that you can actually break through any ceiling by being vulnerable and letting go.

An important piece of advice that Eugène Scholten gives to young people is to travel and discover what you are good at. Everyone has talent and when you discover this you will succeed in being more empowered.
