Leaders are in the process of entering a new reality. The traditional hierarchical model no longer works. The correct answers have not yet been found, but one thing is certain, that the answer must be found in the internalization of new values. Values that rely on holistic principles such as empathy, wisdom, ethics and moral reasoning. I am naturally curious and always looking for ways other than the traditional ones. In my 20-year international leadership development practice, I have experienced countless times where a curious, inquisitive mind brings the leader.

Homo Ludens

I believe in the playing person. Playing breaks boundaries and makes everything possible. Viewing play and discovery as essential makes people human. Playing stimulates creativity and creates new things. Although it may seem like tinkering, many valuable ideas arise during “play tinkering”.

Craftmanship

Coaching is a craft. To stimulate this craft, I train Executive Coaches at ChiFactum School for Humanity Centered Leadership, supporting leaders in entering a new reality based on purpose and passion.
